- If the payment was made using a digital wallet, a 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.
2.2 Payment via Cards
- If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, a fixed refund fee of 100 PKR will be deducted from the total amount.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The product or service has already been delivered or activated.
